Bridal Pant Suit

Inaburra School Bangor

Mackenzie Fogg

"This four-piece couture interchangeable bridal pantsuit ensemble addresses sustainable design & interchangeable wardrobe concepts."

Images of Work

"I expressed my individuality as a designer; I drafted my own pattern pieces creating a unique design for my Major Textiles Project. The detail and specific specifications developed for each pattern piece ensured a minimal margin of error and, the manufacturing of well-fitting final garments."

"My design has a simple surface decoration of five 12mm round shell pearls sewn onto the top seam at the centre front of the sleeveless reversible crop top. The inclusion of pearls within the design challenges ancient folklore and the negative symbolism of wearing pearls on your wedding day."

Select Student Folio Pages

The pages selected for each project reflect the individual students' interpretations of the syllabus guidelines for the MTP. Each student should develop their folio according to the guidelines, relating to their own individual project. This may result in a variety of presentation styles, numbers of sketches and/or experiments.
